Graft Cider

Graft Cider pushes the boundaries of traditional cider. Graft Cider is anything but run-of-the-mill cider made from New York apples, natural ingredients, and wild yeast. Sour and tart, yet approachable and innovative.

Graft’s concept was two-fold: paying respect to old-world style of cider making while simultaneously experimenting with modern brewing techniques. All of Graft’s ciders employ century-old European traditions of using wild yeast and bacteria to ferment to dryness. They then harness the flavor profiles created from this style of natural cider and develop unique and innovative styles which take a nod from some of the best craft beer producers in the world.

Full flavored and with two-thirds the sugar of their largest competitors, this cider is as rugged as the northern land it’s produced in.

Hudson North Cider Co is a hazy dry cider mission-driven company that works to protect and preserve the trails, waterways, and beyond. 10 cents of every gallon sold is donated to our trail partners who work to maintain, preserve and educate people about the beautiful lands around us.
