We were born on a Tennessee Farm, and even when we step foot off that Farm we carry its values in our hearts. We brew styles that point back to the Farm: farm ales, table beers and Belgian-inspired beers like our Classic Saison. Our team uses time-honored traditions, patience and expertise to craft world-class beer here in Maryville.
We love the craft and camaraderie of beer. Anywhere folks gather in celebration we feel at home. Our beers fit right in at a five star restaurant, a music festival or a backyard BBQ. Dress it up or dress it down, Southern hospitality is always welcome.

Inspired by the liquid in the bottle, we have scoured the US and beyond to find, what we believe, to be the best beer, cider and mead available in the world. We go to great lengths to then get these liquids to the customer in the best possible condition. Our suppliers work hard to make a world class product and we’re dedicated to treating them with the respect they deserve.
We do not carry multinational macro-lagers or “utility” beers
We do not carry beer brewed with adjuncts used to reduce flavor and body.
We are not in the business of “moving boxes”
